Game data

The editor draws with StarCraft's own graphics, which are not redistributable and are never committed. A clone extracts them from an installation with npm run extract; a build without them falls back to flat colours and asks the user through Help ▸ Game Data…. No build, container image or hosted site carries the data or an address to fetch it from. game-data.md covers where the editor looks, the download route and the extraction; ATTRIBUTION.md the terms.
